could please tell me how to grow micro greens in hydroponics

Thanks for reaching out to us. Please follow the below instructions to grow microgreens in hydroponics:
Supplies you will need :  1. Growing Trays/Containers with a drainage hole 2. Non-treated Microgreen Seeds 3. Grow lights  4. Growing medium: Coir mats/clay balls/hemp mats  5. pH test strips  6. Spray bottle for misting  7. Nutrients (if required) Steps to follow Prepare the pH balanced water in the range of 5.5 to 6.5. Distilled water works best. In case you want to add nutrients to your water, they should be dissolved in the water now. Soak your growing medium i.e. coir mat/hemp mat or clay balls with your prepared water and let the excess water drain off. Then transfer it in the grow tray. Sprinkle the non-treated microgreen seeds evenly and densely across the entire grow mat and mist them with clean water. Cover your seeds with a dark cloth or another tray till they start to germinate. Lightly mist the seeds every 15 hours or so. Around the 2nd or 3rd day depending on the variety, you will see small sprouts taking coming to life in the tray. Now is the time to move the tray under the grow light or near a sunny window. At this point, you can start to gently water the microgreen seedlings twice a day. The microgreens will be ready for harvest in 12-14 days. Use a sharp knife or a pair of scissors to harvest the microgreens from the base of the stems. Rinse them and they will be ready for consumption. In case you want to store your microgreens for 2-3 days, you can place them in a moist paper towel in a ziplock bag and store them in a refrigerator.

how are these microgreen seeds different from regular seeds? Are they hybrid?

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Microgreen seeds grow upto 2-3 inches in lesser time whereas regular seeds will grow longer in length.The major difference between microgreen seeds and regular seeds is that the former have a relatively shorter germination time, which will allow you to grow them faster.

Also, all our seeds are Non Hybrid, Open pollinated, Non GMO and pure seeds.
