How did you start gardening?
I have always been passionate about gardening, It’s my husband who started with ornamental plants, and I embraced kitchen gardening.
What are some of your favourite plants to grow in the garden?
I like to grow herbs & seasonal vegetables in my garden. Since herbs are not readily available in markets & best to have them in hand all the time. I thank AllThatGrows for providing good quality seeds with a high germination rate.
What are some of the plants that you’ve not had as much success with?
Brussel sprouts, flowers seed germination, and red vein sorrel.
Are there any new plants on your wishlist?
Water lilies
What would you like to say to our new gardeners?
We should all try to grow our own vegetables & fruits organically at home and swap the surplus ones.
Any gardening hack you want to share with us?
Soil preparation with good fertilisers is the key to gardening. We should make our own compost by collecting vegetables, fruit peels, and egg shells, this is real gold for our garden.
